Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the DealsOnKart platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and DealsOnKart.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DealsOnKart platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to update it as necessary. DealsOnKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Platform Modes
DealsOnKart offers two purchasing modes: Retail Club (for individual consumers) and Wholesale (for registered businesses and bulk buyers). Wholesale mode requires a valid business registration. Pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and product availability may differ between modes. It is your responsibility to select the correct mode for your purchase type.
4. Orders & Pricing
All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a payment confirmation. DealsOnKart reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued in such cases.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you authorise DealsOnKart to charge your selected payment method. DealsOnKart does not store your full card details on its servers. All payment data is encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, and logistical factors. DealsOnKart is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
7. Returns & Refunds
All sales on DealsOnKart are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or returned. In the rare event that a product is delivered in a provably damaged or incorrect condition due to an error on our part, please contact support@dealsonkart.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photographic evidence. Such cases will be reviewed at our sole discretion and, if validated, a store credit or replacement may be offered. This does not constitute a general return or refund policy. By placing an order on DealsOnKart, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accepted this no-return policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the property of DealsOnKart or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DealsOnKart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
