How to request account deletion

1. Email your deletion request from your registered email ID to privacy@dealsonkart.com.
2. Include your full name, registered phone number, and the account email in the same request.
3. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
4. Our team may contact you once for identity verification before deletion is processed.

Data that will be deleted

• Profile details (name, email, phone number).
• Saved addresses and address tags.
• Wishlist items and preference data.
• Support ticket metadata linked to your account identity where legally permissible.

Data that may be retained

• Order and invoice records required for tax, audit, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• Payment transaction references retained by payment processors and required compliance systems.
• Security and server logs retained for a limited period for abuse prevention and legal defense.

Certain records are retained only for the minimum duration required under applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and compliance obligations.
